Itinerary
1: Los Angeles – Arrival and transfer in (D)
Welcome to Los Angeles. you will be greeted by our guide at the airport and transferred in upon arrival.
2: Los Angeles (Universal Studios) (B,D)
Today we will visit Universal Studios. (full day) Tonight, you will have a chance to visit Universal City Walk, located just outside of Universal Studios.
3: Los Angeles - City Tour - Las Vegas (B,L,D)
We will have a morning city tour of Los Angeles. Visit: downtown LA, Olvera St (known as the brith place of Los Angeles), Hollywood Blvd (Walk of Fame), Kodak Theater, and Chinese Theater. We will continue proceed to Las Vegas. Tonight, you may choose to see optional shows in Las Vegas.
4: Las Vegas - Grand Canyon (B,D)
The Grand Canyon offers one of the most spectacular examples of erosion not found anywhere in the world. Canyon National Park is a designated World Heritage Site and is unmatched in the incomparable vistas that it offers to visitors on the rim. Today, take an excursion to this incomparable National Park. We will come back to Las Vegas tonight.
5: Las Vegas - Barstow - Fresno (B,L,D)
Today we will depart Las Vegas in the morning. We will arrive in Lenwood for lunch, where you will also have a chance to shop in the factory premium shopping outlets. Famous brand names are readily avaialable. We will continue to the city of Fresno, located in the heart of the argicultural capital of California, where we will spend the night.
6: Fresno - Yosemite National Park - San Francisco (B,D)
We will visit one of the most famous national parks on the West Coast, Yosemite in the morning. From waterfalls that drop thousands of feet, and endless mountain ridges, Yosemite National Park and its natural beauty is truly grand.Highlights of the park include: Tunnel View, Bridal Veil Falls, El Captain, Merced River, Yosemite Falls, Half Dome. After the visit, we will continue onto San Francisco, the city by the bay.
7: San Francisco City Tour (B,L,D)
Welcome to San Francisco. From the humble origins of a small fishing village known as Yerba Buena, San Francisco grew rapidly due to the California gold rush starting in 1848. Devastated by the 1906 earthquake, San Francisco was rebuilt quickly. Long enjoying a bohemian reputation, the city became a counterculture magnet in the second half of the 20th century. From Art Deco to The Grateful Dead, and the center of the dot-com boom at the end of the century, there has never been a dull moment in this picturesque city by the Bay. Highlights include the Civic Center, Twin Peaks, Golden Gate Park, Golden Gate Bridge, Palace of Fine Arts, Fisherman's Wharf, Market Street and Chinatown.
8: San Francisco - 17 miles Drive - Monterey (B,L)
Experience the beauty of the California coastline while driving through 17 Miles Scenic Drive. Views of Seal Rock, the majestic Cypress Point, Pebble Beach,and the small charming town of Carmel highlight this area. Browse along the streets of Carmel and enjoy some of the best specialty shops and art galleries that Carmel has to offer. Visit the famous Monterey Bay Aquarium. After the tour, we will transfer you out to the airport.
